Region Settings were wrong.

I already replied to you by email so, please, don't double post here, because it will just duplicate support effort. If you want to be supported by email, then continue using it. If you prefer to use the forum, that's fine, but please don't post the same question twice on the two support avenues at your disposal.

As I already wrote you by email, there's seems to be a compatibility issue caused by the language you are using ( Turkish ).

Try to set the Regional settings in the Windows Control Panel to English, and see if it fixes the problem.
