Title: P3D 2.4 and 2.5 don't starting after the lastet Addon manager update

Hi all
I have some problems with P3D version 2.4 or and 2.5.
After installing LSGG/LSZH, P3D don't start. It gets stuck on the blue start page.
For P3D start, I must to disable bglmanx
sorry for my bad english

The current version of the Addon Manager is fully compatible with all P3D versions up to the latest 2.5 Hotfix. Be sure you use the current installers, either of the sceneries, or the Stand-Alone Addon Manager.

For P3D started, I modified the DLL file as:

<Name>Addon Manager</Name>
    <Disabled>false</Disabled>
    <ManualLoad>true</ManualLoad>
    <Path>bglmanx.dll</Path>
  </Launch.Addon>

This works half the time

This is exactly how our installer creates the lines in the DLL.XML file. Of course, if you manually set the file be Disabled (with True ), the module won't start, so no FSDT products will work, that's to be expected.

It must work every time, if you don't change something else in the meantime.
