Title: NO GSX Menu

I used a follow me truck to guide my PMDG 737-800 to its parking spot at FlightBeam's KPHX (Phoenix) airport. The marshal guided me in. But once stopped, wheel chocks in place, parking brake on, jetway in place and doors open, I was unable to pull up the GSX menu with CTRL-F12. Everything worked well at the departure airport, but not here.

I noticed that the arrow cursur in FSX turned to a pointer finger when I hit CTRL-F12, which I found unusual.

What might I b e doing improperly?

this seems to indicate another add-on is using the same key to do something, which explains why GSX menu doesn't appear. You can use the "Key mapping" GSX menu to change the assignment to something else. Or, change it in the other addon that is using it, assuming that it allows you do to that.
