Hi,
After the de-icer update i got a problem i am struggling with for a few weeks now. When i ask for pusback no message shows wich way i want it. I have to restart couatl and then it works again. This happens a lot of the times. I have downloaded the latest version and reinstalled a few times but still doesnt work. First have to restart couatl then it works. Hope this can be fixed.

I'm sorry, but it's not possible to reply with such a generic description of the problem. Since this clearly doesn't happen to anybody or in any situation, it's something specific to some case.
Please indicate ALL the following:
- The airport used. If possible, provide a case when this happens on an FSDT or a default scenery
- The gate used
- The airplane used
- The sequence of operations used in GSX

all airports and aircraft every stand doesnt matter where. It looks like gsx sometimes forgets to update the index or something like that and if that isn't done are is stuck the pushback windows wont appear.

...no matter what airport and stand (I use 99% of freeware sceneries downloaded from avsim library):
- when I call for pushback and I ignore de-icers,
- after finished de-ice procedure, or
- even sometimes when de-icers are unnecessary (more then +4 C)
I have 1.9.0.6 version from full installer (but on 1.9.0.5 was the same issue)

Again, provide a case on a default or FSDT airport, with a default or an internally-supported airplane that you haven't customized yet, so we we TEST IT under the same conditions, until the "random occurrence" will eventually happen.

Again, it is random don't know what is starting this problem. So i cant provide a case. Only i know that i have this problem since the de-icers update.

Yes you can. You can obviously go to a default or FSDT airport, with a default or an internally-supported airplane that you haven't customized yet, and try it several times, or at several gates, and when you finally found it, you can report it, so we can test it too and try to reproduce it.
You said it happens "all airports and aircraft every stand doesnt matter where", which seems to indicate it should be EASY for you to reproduce it again. Or, this sentence really means "it happened once or twice and I found it very difficult to replicate it again" ?

And I'm still waiting for a reply, of a reproducible case on a default/FSDT airport with a default/supported airplane.
I tried it a few times on default airports and it worked, but i know for sure that it will happen again soon.
Then, you know for sure it will happen, I'm sure you'll remember it and will report it. Again, it will be EASIER (which obviously translates into "more likely to be fixed" ) for us, if you can report a case on a default/FSDT airport with a default/supported airplane.

I fly a lot in all different planes like pmdg and aerosoft airbus. But sometimes on a aiport the pushback message wont appear. I can't reproduce it at command. For example last time at aerosoft schiphol with the pmdg 737 but another time at copenhagen flytampa with a airbus.

I'm also having this problem. I only use gsx with the pmdg 777 and when I ask for push back the tug will just sit there and not do anything. Then when I decide to do my own push back with ctrl position and release the parking brake I get a message saying parking brake is not set. Even when I'm on the runway lined up for take off and I release the parking brake I get the message again. Like the OP said its random and doesn't happen all the time. I've had it happen at default scenery and at fsdt or FlightBeam scenery.

Do you mean, as the OP said, it's solved by selecting "Restart Couatl" before asking for pushback ?

Then, when it happens, see if it's solved by the "Restart Couatl" option, because knowing this it's important.

The "Restart Couatl" option is currently not working on Steam, but of course this doesn't have anything to do with the fact that pushback doesn't start, just that you can't test it again twice (as a troubleshooting method) using that option.
The video is not very useful. What would have been useful, instead, would have been just a precise message indicating all the following:
- The airplane used. If it's not default, clearly indicate the model.
- The airport used. If it's not default, clearly indicate the scenery used and, if it's not a default or FSDT scenery, indicate if you customized it.
- The Gate used.
Taking a screenshot of the "Customize parking position" dialog from GSX might be useful.

lol you can clearly see that its the pmdg 777. Airport is Flytampa Midway. Cant remember the exact gate, but like what others have said this started happening after the update with the deicer. I've had this also happen at FSDT and FB scenery and Its random

I don't see what's so "funny" about it. There's obviously a PMDG 777, but why you assume I would auto-magically identify any 3rd party airport out there, just by looking at part of a terminal.
So, provide all the missing information I asked, which is:
- If it's not a default or FSDT scenery, indicate if you customized it.
- The Gate used.
If you don't remember, pay attention for the next time it happens you'll report it, and indicate ALL the information needed again.

Hi,
the incident happened again, yesterday... however de-ice procedure was unnecessary, but after choose "Prepare for pushback and departure" there was no request to choose pushback direction.

If you use a 3rd party airport, you must check if Pushback is enabled, many sceneries don't have any pushback preference. This is made with the GSX scenery customization page.

Pushback is enabled, because after reset Couatl, pushback works.
