The message in your screenshot doesn't say just that, it also says to check your error details in the Couatl.err file, giving you the path in your system.

What's the content of that file ?

i have not any couatl.error file in roaming virtuali folder

only couatl.ini and couatl.log

That's not right, the message said it has just created one.

actualy i use fsdream airport for test and a plane defaut fsx as airCreation ULM

You click on the small icon under my avatar, that says "Personal Message" if you hover the mouse on top of it.

This is different. What you did that resulted in this change ? This message usually indicates a problem with your VC++ runtime libraries, as if you uninstalled them trying to fix it. These are all the known solutions to this issue, try them all:

We found the issue which was caused, of course, by another add-on not correctly installed (LIBD airport), which had its SIM.CFG file placed in the root folder of the FSX\Simobject\Misc folder, instead inside of a Sub-folder of it, which is how should be done.

This seemed to confuse FSX entirely, which wasn't able to create objects stored there anymore, which in turn affected GSX.
