Title: PMDG 777-200LR - GSX asks me to open L ENTRY 1?

I remember this being fixed in an earlier patch, but it seems to have reared its ugly head again... When loading/unloading at a gate with a single jetway in the PMDG 777-200LR, GSX asks me to open L ENTRY 1 instead of L ENTRY 2.  The jetway in FSX connects correctly to L ENTRY 2.

It was never fixed with a patch, we just had a forum discussion explaining how to use the included graphical editor to swap the two doors, here:

We haven't made it as default, because the default configuration is supposed to be valid even at parkings without a jetway.
