Title: Deicing of horizontal stabs

Hi Umberto

Is there any reason why the deicing option only deices the wings?  What about the horizontal stabilisers?

That's just how we made it. And it won't have any effect on the simulation, because FSX only has a global structural deice simulation, not a separate control for wings or other surfaces.
