Title: GSX Installation Question

I had purchased GSX sometime ago, but recently had to do a full format on my computer and as such my FSX and all addons with it were removed. I have since put everything back, but my GSX is in TRIAL mode only. Where do I request my original activation code, or do I have to re-purchase GSX??
