Title: GSX not responding to Ctl+F12 with Majestic Dash8 Q400

Hi,

Can anyone please help

I have just purchased & installed Majestic's Dash8 and when I press Ctrl+F12 as I do with all my PMDG aircraft, no GSX menu appears.

Anyone able to suggest what I'm doing wrong please?
