Good Day Sir, 

1st thanks for the swift reply,  Ive done uninstalled and reinstalled, checked certificates. I still get the same thing, I about to pull out what little hair I have left out......... Im bald....lol.  any suggestions would be great....... I really need some help, you think I need to purchase this program again???????????????????

A few days ago my toilet seat in my bathroom broke, so I went and bought a new house. Very easy solution.
