Title: request for catering and carriers

I know that for catering at KMDW, KDFW, KTPA, and KLAS

I also know catering in Poland ,all polish airports, (EPWA EPKK EPRZ etc) are all handled by LOT catering. There are two common varieties:

Also, EPKK is served by a specific baggage handler LHC,
