Do you have BOTH the "Addon Manager" and the "Couatl powered" menu under the FSX "Addons" menu ?
-
It says addon manager and couatl powered products in add ons in fsx.
-
It says addon manager and couatl powered products in add ons in fsx.
Do you have the current version of the Addon Manager ? If not sure, download and install the latest Stand-Alone Addon Manager installer for FSX, without removing any of the sceneries installed.
-
Can I get the addon manager by clicking on KLAS on fsdt website then downloading off where it says addon manager ?
-
Yes, from any product page, the link on the left side of the page points always to the same addon manager installer.
-
Still the same

What the Addon Manager says about each scenery that is missing buildings ?
-
My KIAH,KLAS,KJFK,KLAX sceneries are all missing buildings
-
I haven't asked what you see, I've asked what the Addon Manager says about each scenery that is missing buildings ?
-
It says active and installed in scenery library

It's possible *another* addon has corrupted your FSX.CFG folder, removing a whole Simobject paths ? Check your FSX.CFG at %APPDATA%\Microsoft\FSX, and look all the lines containing this:
SimObjectsPath=
Be sure there's a path listed for the Simobject\Misc folder, and all the numbers are in sequence. If there isn't, it's a mistake caused by another addon product, because it's default with any FSX installation.

Here is the main section in my cfg

I get confused with fsdt files etc
Do I install addon manager then activate airport scenery and then download the scenery exe for example KLAX exe. ?

Here is the main section in my cfg
That clearly confirms your FSX.CFG has been messed up, probably because you have edited it by hand. The corrupted line is *exactly* the one that points to Simobject\Misc., which is supposed to look like this, on a default FSX installation:
SimObjectPaths.5=SimObjects\Misc
Yours is not right, because of a copy&paste gone wrong.
