Title: GSX not present in P3DV2.2

I am experiencing an issue with GSX after the installation into P3Dv2. When I start P3Dv2 Coualt and Addon manager are not present in the addons tab. I uninstalled and re installed but with no luck.

INFO:

Windows 7 Professional 64-bit SP1

P3D 2.2.10438

This has been discussed several times on the forum, and it's usually the result of an incomplete P3D installation, missing the Simconnect runtimes, see here:
