Title: Runways in use never change

I've had JFK v1 for a while now and I've recently noticed that when using real world weather, runways 13L/R are always in use. I've checked the wind speed and direction on the internet and its always completely different from what fsx says. What could be the problem here?

I think the default real weather in FSX is not updated anymore, because the contract Microsoft had with Jeppesen has lapsed, you will probably have to use a 3rd party product.

Oh Ok, I think you may be right because I looked up the real world weather online and compared it to the FSX real weather and it didn't match whatsoever.
