Title: Unable to Find AFCAD

Ever since couatl updated it has had interment trouble finding AFCADS at any airport. This shouldn't happen especially since it occurs at fsdreamteam airports.

As already discussed in many threads about problems with the scenery database, the first solution to try should alway be forcing a complete scenery cache rebuild, by removing the following folders:

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\FSX\SceneryIndexes
C:\ProgramData\Virtuali\Couatl

Then, start FSX and wait for FSX and GSX caches to be rebuilt.
