Title: set the desireed handling agent

I want to now how to set in mexico a diferent handling agent.
currently the provider is caribbean airlines at México city.
And i want to set menzies as my choice .
how i can do that?

Download the PaintKit and read the documentation that comes with it, even if you don't want to repaint anything, that doc will explain how the airport assignment priority system works in detail.
