It seems you have missed a major update in the past, so you are missing vehicles. Try to install any of the GSX Vehicle updates, or just the Full GSX installer.

I uninstall it, unregistered it, dowloaded the latest vession, even try to reinstal addon mannager, but still thhe same problem.
Please help me with that. Thank you Roman

Only what is working is boarding a deboarding, and in case of long stop or cold and dark, ground start unit and air start unit....nothing else

Not loaded of anything, cargo, fuel, passengers, using whatever loaded manager that comes with the airplane.
BTW, you don't have say WHICH airplane you use, the only thing that can be derived from your report, is that you are using a non-default airplane, because it comes with an air start unit so, I guess it DOES come with a Load Manager, like most of the 3rd party airplane do.

Yas mostlyyPMGG 737 and 777, but it also not work with standard planes......is anything else what I can send u and you can check it and find ehre the problem is?

BTW, i was using GSX for a months without any problems and than it happened suddenly, dont know if I instaled something or not, i dont remember, but would like to use this program as i am like it a lot.....

You said it only happens when starting from cold & dark, which is a situation that doesn't exists in default airplanes. Could you please indicate a reproduction case with a default airplane ?

So I unistall it again includind add on manager and couatl, install again the latest version, addonn manager 2.9.20.20.
Used basic 737 at the gate position at KSEA ( not any third party airport scenery and the result again the same......

You still haven't indicated a PRECISE reproduction step. What do you mean "used" ? Clearly indicate the precise sequence of operations you did.

Start FSX, choose basic B737-800 from FSX, choose Seatlle, because any of these are not third party software, shout down engines, and then pres press CTRL+F12 for menu of GSX and wnen I wanted call catering or pushback, an error message came, which I sent you already.
When I started using this program, a year(s) ago, everytjing worked absolutelly perfectly......and iam not very hot to reinstall whale FSX, have there a lot of sceneries, etc....

Doesn't happen here, of course. And nobody has ever reported it before. Don't you think that, if the program had this problem, happening with something so basic, someone else would have noticed ?
Are you SURE you have installed GSX with the latest updates ?
If not sure, download and install either one of the vehicle updates, or the current full GSX installer.

The products manuals can be found in 3 different ways:
1) From "Open Manual" button in the Addon Manager, after having selected the product you are interested into.
OR
2) By browsing the FSX\fsdreamteam\PRODUCT_NAME folder ( PRODUCT_NAME can be KLAX, KJFK, or Couatl\GSX for GSX )
OR ( GSX only )
3) From the fsdreamteam/GSX program group in the Windows Start button

I downloded the latest version 2 day ago and addon manager, but it is the same version. What the rror log telling you? In which directory should by all the cars and stairs should be locted?
On the of the installation it is sayng something like that is becuping vehivles and installing probably yours, if I right understand....___
You have any idea how to check that all parts of your program are on the right place??

If you really downloaded and installed the Full GSX installer 2 days ago, then it's SURE that all parts of the programs are in the right place!
The problem is not obviously the program, but some configuration error in your system. For example, could you please check your FSX.CFG, to see if your Simobjects paths are all correct ? Perhaps you have the same problem reported here:

So, try the same solution.

You don't have the problem of the SimobjectsPaths missing.
Try to delete all your GSX preferences, by removing this folder:
%APPDATA%\Virtuali
Then reinstall GSX, using the current Full installer.

Tried that exact situation and, of course, no problems whatsoever. Since you don't say if you started with boarding, deboarding, catering or pushback, I tried them all, and none of them gives any problem.
The only possible explanation left, is that you have FSX folders entirely messed up. Try to enable Logging in the "Troubleshooting" section of the "GSX Settings" menu, and send me the Couatl.LOG that will be produced, in the same folder as the Couatl.ERR you posted.

You should posted a Couatl.LOG file AFTER you called for GSX. And please, don't copy&paste it into a Word .DOC file, just ZIP the Couatl.LOG file as it is, it's even easier/faster to do for you.

Your log shows that GSX can't find any of it's model, because you either:
1) Haven't installed the full GSX. Fix for this is to install GSX using the full installer.
OR
2) Have installed the full GSX a while ago, but missed some of the vehicle updates. Fix for this is to install one of the vehicle updates on the GSX web page OR the full installer.
OR
3) Another addon has corrupted your FSX.CFG (or you have edited it by hand), so you are now missing the Simobjectpaths lines that should be present in every FSX installation, as explained here:

1) Haven't installed the full GSX. Fix for this is to install GSX using the full installer.
I did it already 10 times, unsinstaled, restarted PC, dowloaded latest installer a and istall it. Duting installation pop up windou saying "The default vehicles_aiprort.bgl has beem patched to remove the pushback and renamed as vehicle_airport.BGL, it will be restore automatically when Unistalling GSX". And than live instalation continues to the end. I checked all what u said and everything id ok, nevetherless I am sending my fsx.cfg again and couatl log.

Your log doesn't show any problems, and you haven't sent your Couatl.ERR file, if you have one.

my fsx.cfg a just deleted a lot o rows in trusted section as it was too big.....

and my add on manager is 2.9.0.23....

I haven't asked you about your FSX.CFG or your Addon Manager version. I've asked you for your Couatl.ERR file, which should be in the same folder as the Couatl.LOG you sent before.
