The message told you the .REG file has been saved in your HOME folder, the one with your name, usually under C:\Users

However, that file is not needed, the one and only reason for it to exists, is to save you from MANUALLY typing your serial number when you'll have to reactivate in the future. You can lose that file, the only difference it would make, you will have to type your Serial Number manually, instead of just double-click on the .REG file to insert it in the registry.
