couatl v2.0 (build 2358)
panic log started on Sun Apr 13 16:00:29 2014

problem raised by addon <unknown>Traceback (most recent call last):

RuntimeError: CreateFile failed: The system cannot find the file specified

There was also something about dll.xml formatting....I did reinstall latest Add-on Manager and GSX...

Seems like it only occurs at CYVR...or when I fly into CYVR . . . .

Thanks

It seems you are missing the CYVR objects. Try to reinstall CYVR instead.

Yes, I noticed that I have 1.3.2 whereas 1.3.3 is the latest CYVR installer. Will try that.

Shouldn't make any difference, we haven't made significant changes to the objects, the issue is one or more of them might have been removed from your system, or couldn't be accessed because of permission issues in your user account, and reinstalling should fix this.
