Go to http://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/78777-issues-with-fsdt-gsx-after-oslo-v2-103-update/#entry562367 and download the .bgl file from the dropbox link. Overwrite the one in the ENGM scenery folder with the one that you just downloaded, and you should be good to go.

According to this  (http://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/79039-problems-with-gsxagainat-oslo-after-installing-version-104/?view=getnewpost) topic the file that I mentioned in my original post works perfectly fine with 1.04 as well as 1.03.

Edit:
If it says that no ground services are available when you request it through the Ctrl+F12 menu, try moving to another stand (ex: if you are parked at a "Small" stand, try to park at a "Medium" stand, and if that doesn't work, try one of the "Heavy" stands.
From experience, anything the size of a Boeing 737 or an Airbus A320 should be able to use all stands depicted on this (https://www.ippc.no/norway_aip/current/aip/ad/engm/EN_AD_2_ENGM_2-3_en.pdf) chart, apart from stands 2, 3, and maybe nr 7. If you are flying something bigger, say like a 757 or 767, try using stands 46, 48, 49, 50, 51, 53, 186 or 187. The largest aircraft, like the 777, 787 and 747s use 49, 50, 51 and 53 only if I remember correctly. As for Pier North, I haven't tried using any of those gates while flying anything bigger than a 737.
Cannot speak for the other scenery that you mentioned, as I haven't tried it.

If it says that there are no gates are available when you access the scenery editor, then unfortunately there is nothing else I can think of, but reinstalling the scenery with a freshly downloaded installer.

Are they wrong wrong or just wrong for GSX?  We're talking about Aerosoft, they'd prefer you use AES.

Bruce,

They are WRONG WRONG, not just for GEX! We have had a BIG discusssion about this on the Norwegian forum with the designer, but he................. Also some of the TOP Norwegien  scenery designers have been discussing this on the Aerosoft forum from the release of V 1.0 but so far nothing has been done to the "fixes" that have been released. This is a product made for eye-candy and NOT for realistic flights! Unfortunately it´s the same thing with ALL released Norwegian airports from Aerosoft. My recommendation is to install the FREEWARE for Norway that is far above the Aerosoft products released, in quality, so far.

Download the fixed file from Aerosoft, as explained above. Try also to force a scenery cache rebuild AFTER you installed the Aerosoft fix, by removing the following folders:

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\FSX\SceneryIndexes
C:\ProgramData\Virtuali\Couatl
