Hi Umberto
I am quite frustrated now.
Couatl will not start , so no GSX2/couatl menus in P3D5
1- No windows defender
2- No anti-virus
3- Starting in admin mode ( P3D5 and Couatl in addon manager).
4- Removed and reinstalled GSx2/ addon manager many times , no success. Run Live update too.
5 - installed GSX version 2.9.1
I don't know what else I can do. Please advise
Using : P3d5 HF2.

Try to reinstall all your VC++ redistributable, and restart Windows, the Live Update should do that. And be sure, like check, double check and triple check, the antivirus is not blocking the Addon Manager folder.
As explained, so many times, you should never "disable" the antivirus, that won't work, even if it "looks" disabled, the antivirus windows service is still running, that's why we *never* said "disable the antivirus", but rather CONFIGURE IT to add the Addon Manager folder to the exclusions.

same with me.
But when i installed a new airport. GSX will crashed. I'v tried given solutions, but still not working

Do you mean GSX *worked* before you installed that airport ? If yes, try this:
- Configure the antivirus to exclude the whole Addon Manager folder
- Run the FSDT Live Update again.

Yeah, I did that all. But still same

Hi Umberto
Thanks for your reply. I have been a long time user of FSDT product and I think I know all the recommendations and read all manuals.
Before disabling the antivirus, I excluded all FSDT addon manager folder, then excluded couatl application in windows defender and MacAfee anti virus. and still no couatl starting. That is why I disabled windows defender and completely removed MacAfee anti virus that I had installed.
Anyway, I completely removed all FSDT products from my computer ( airports, GSX2 ).
Reinstalled GSX2 and FSDT airports.
I did two flights yesterday and couatl, GSX menu was there. Hopefully It will stay there.
I let you know if there is a recurring issue, hope not.
