Post by: dborik27 on September 27, 2008, 04:02:18 am
Hello! I have recently bought ohare for fs9 and made the transition to fsx. i am also looking forward to buying jfk for fsx and installing my ohare into it too but there is one thing thats keepng me from getting new FSTD products, the addon manager for fsx. i have tried to install it but when i start fs and load a plane on the ground somewhere i dont see the addon manager in the tab bar in fsx. i have tried to reinstall and install the module manually but still no luck. it just doesnt show up in fsx. if anyone can help that will be great.

Regards,

Dennis

Yes, that's confirmed. You need to have FSX + SP2 or FSX + Acceleration. This is listed in the system requirements on the product page. We are updating our installers to include a check, so the installer will simply stop with a warning the user is still on SP1. This should clear it up better.
