Hello ,
every time I try to load/unload cargo via GSX i got a couatl error:
couatl v3.2 (build 3852)
panic log started on Fri Oct 13 21:23:45 2017
problem raised by addon <unknown>
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "couatl\GSX\assistanceServices\cargoLoader.py", line 583, in unloadPlatformFunc
AttributeError: 'CargoLoaderStand' object has no attribute 'loaderMan'
{'Airport': 'KSDF', 'Requested assistance services at': 'UPS Worldport Ramp 3S|Cargo Stand C4', 'User Pos': (38.173214774593795, -85.73957151021087, 156.929 m, 4.10959 m, 201.25632801963673)}
This is independent of used plane addon or cargo position - P3D V3 is in use .....

Doesn't happen here. Which airplane you used ? If you customized it, try to Reset the configuration to undo all your settings and return to the customization that comes with GSX.
If it's an unsupported plane that requires you to make a customization, please post it.

happen with every plane - here the TRuth A306 ->http://prntscr.com/gx47k0

The problem doesn't happen here, and we tested it precisely with that airplane. We have added an internal configuration in GSX for that plane in this release, for the precise reason that it works perfectly with the KSDF Cargo Stand.
As I've said, if you customized it before, because the previous GSX didn't included it, try to Reset the configuration to undo all your settings and return to the customization that comes with GSX.
See the cargo being loaded with no errors, with the Thomas Ruth A306 plane, same gate as your report (Ramp 3S - Cargo Stand C4) in the attached screenshot
-
there is no custom configuration , but I will check again - if I compare with the promotional video - at me the ramp door is closed the whole time and there is no 3D animated crew ....

there is no 3D animated crew ....
Which seem to indicate your configuration wasn't the right one. Check the airplane configuration page, and be sure the internal GSX configuration is used. GSX assumes the Thomas Ruth A300 is located in a folder named TOM_A300-600F.

This is my GSX config for A300:

You control (Door opening) is also not working ............

You should have posted the whole file. Zipped and attached to the post, with the Attach feature that is found by clicking the "Additional Options..." link on the forum.
Have you tried running the FSDT Live Update ? Maybe the issue is that you haven't got the latest files.
-
I am having the same issue no matter what aircraft I try. I have attached my error log.
Thanks,
Gary Carlson

OK -
GSX was faulty my local GSX setup caused the issue - after GSX uninstall and directory cleanup + install of fresh downloaded GSX the issue is solved now

GSX wasn't faulty. Something in your local preference was, so what fixed it was the directory clean up, since the installer will never remove your preferences automatically.

You are right - EDITED!

Reinstalled GSX, worked for me!
