WHen using my pmdg products i can not load any sid, stars or runway into the FMC when i go to the depp arr page, all it says for CYVR is None

NavData isn't part of the scenery, but an addon to the specific aircraft.

That's because YVR uses "vectored" departures. There isn't a specific flight route to follow. Only generic heading assignments. (Vancouver DEP usually vectors aircraft once on frequency).
Charts are useful in these kinds of situations. Hope this helps!

That does not explain the lack of runways however, and whilst the departures from YVR and possibly the arrivals are vectored, they still show up in the FMS. Try reinstalling the planes...
