Hi, I installed the airport, flew into LAX and all was great until I touched down and was taxing to my gate when all the buildings disappeared, taxiways, runways etc. Except for the air bridges?
I have reinstalled, and the same happens?
Any help please
Thanks
Laurie

Try enabling Logging in the Troubleshooting section of the GSX Settings and, if it happens again, exit the sim and check the log file at %APPDATA%\Virtuali\Couatl.LOG, ZIP the file, and Attach it to a post, so I can check it.

OK thank you, will do over next 24hrs

Reinstalled and seems all OK, I just need to do a flight to LAX and see what happens when I land and start to taxi. As far as booting up in LAX it works!

Hi and apologies for the delay, I have been looking after our granddaughter as my son and his wife are in the forces. Just completed a flight to LAX, all OK until I touched down and scenery disappears apart from Jetways and a few buildings, pleasee see attached pics together with file you requested. Sorry but I cannot find how you go into troubleshooting in GSX.

The log shows your problem:
"couatl v3.2 (build 4281)"
This is a fairly old version, the current one is 4376. However, under normal conditions, if you install a scenery, regardless how old was your installer, the Live Updater is being run at the end, so you should ALWAYS end up with the latest version of everything.
A common problem is either your firewall is blocking the updater, or your antivirus is.
- Be sure you disable the firewall
- Configure the antivirus to add the whole "Addon Manager" folder to the Exclusions list
- Run the FSDT Live Updater again.

Many thanks and will do
Kind regards
