 Looks very much like a layering issue or conflicting afcad/scenery file.

JFK it's on layer 1, far below there Orbx USA...

 What about other afcads though? Also check that your Mesh Resoloution is set to 5m as well as the Mesh Complexity is at 100.

i'll check mesh settings, anyway this is not a great problem...the scenery look good!
