It's possible this is a bug of your audio drivers. Try to update your audio drivers.

That's not normal, but it shows that Couatl WORKS, since you can start it manually. If FSX doesn't load it automatically, perhaps there's a problem with your %APPDATA%\Microsoft\FSX\EXE.XML file being corrupted or missing.

Another possible issue, is if you don't start FSX normally, but start it if using another program, this won't work. You must start FSX from the FSX icon.

The Couatl is crashing and yes I have got an 'Not responding' message.

Download and install the current Stand-Alone Addon Manager, after all the sceneries are installed.

Ok I did it but now the Couatl is not loading at all... So I have like only gates no buildings and all.

- DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL with the antivirus entirely OFF

- Uninstall the Stand-Alone Addon Manager. Reply YES when asked if you want to remove the Addon Manager and the Couatl Engine. Reply YES to both questions.

- TURN OFF your antivirus. Don't just exit from its interface, but turn off the real time protection. Actual wording changes between products, however, it's the option to scan every file that gets open in real time, without user intervention.

- Reinstall the Stand-Alone Addon Manager with the Antivirus TURNED OFF. Don't launch FSX yet.

- Configure the antivirus to exclude the following files from scanning:

YourFSXFolder\bglmanx.dll
YourFSXFolder\fsdreamteam\Couatl\couatl.exe

YourFSXFolder it's usually C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X, if you installed it in the default folder.

- Now you can turn the antivirus back on, and launch FSX.

- Check you are seeing BOTH the "Addon Manager" menu AND the "Couatl powered products" menu under the "Addons" menu.

You started the installer when FSX was still closing itself, so the installer couldn't write on files that were still locked by FSX.

Restart Windows and try again.

Have you been ASKED permission to run the Addon Manager AND Couatl modules the first time you started FSX after reinstalling in that way ?

If you haven't been asked, then you must have skipped some step. Do it again, and don't skip any steps, especially this one:

Reply YES when asked if you want to remove the Addon Manager and the Couatl Engine. Reply YES to both questions.

Again, pay attention if you ARE being asked permission to run the Addon Manager AND Couatl modules the first time you started FSX after reinstalling. And, of course, authorize both modules.

I surely can't read Hebrew...

What does it say ? What does it say if you press the little "down" arrow, which is supposed to give you extra details about the error message ?
