Greetings,

I've notice the last couple of days, installing your scenery has been extremely slow.  It's more the downloading part of the install that takes over 15mins for just 16MB, averaging about 18KB/s.  Yet I can download a 500MB scenery installer in under 2mins at 2.9MB/s.

Are there any performance issues going on?  It feels like I'm working on 28.8k baud modem connection again....

It's just too many people downloading and the same time, the download speed will obviously suffer.

But since the installer is brand new, it's not strictly necessary to have it *download* the Addon Manager so, once you got the installer, if you disable the network while installing, it will say there's no connection, and will ask if you want to continue using local files. Allow it, and the installation will proceed offline.
