That's not a "minor" problem you have: you have an ENTIRE duplicate scenery ( see those two control towers ) and that sign is coming from that scenery too. This is of course killing your performances, since you are seeing two CYVR airports at the same time...

As explained many times already on the forum, whenever you have "double-something", it's never a problem of the scenery, but a duplicate AFCAD coming from another product causing this.

The most common source of such problems are AFCADs coming with AI Traffic products like My Traffic, which are good only for default sceneries, but shouldn't be used if you have an addon of that airport. Use the free FSX Airport Scanner to search for AFCAD duplicates and remove all the ones outside the fsdreamteam folder or the FSX default scenery folder.

I'm having the same issue and the scanner did not find anything.  Does anybody know what folder Ultimate Traffic II puts the afcad in so I can manually remove it?

I don't think UT2 comes with any AFCAD files. However, some AFCADs might not be detected by the scanner, and must be manually removed.

Thanks Umberto.  Any idea which folder I would look in to find them?  I'm still learning how to do this kind of stuff.

Thanks Umberto.  Any idea which folder I would look in to find them?

A conflicting .BGL could be anywhere, and if the airport scanner can't find it, you'll have to look for it manually, going folder by folder in all folders listed in your scenery library. What traffic product you use ?

That light is not a duplicate AFCAD, it's coming from our scenery, we'll fix it soon.
