Title: Chicago for P3D v4
Post by: mikeglaz on July 07, 2017, 07:47:53 pm
I'm sorry, I don't see anywhere on the Chicago product page whether it's compatible with P3D v4...is it?

It is compatible.  All of their installers are compatible.  The installer will ask you which version of FSX/P3D you want to install to.  Simply select P3Dv4 from the list.  Only issue in P3D v4 is some of the terminal night lighting. I'm sure they will fix this rather soon, if not already since I reported it (I haven't flown in 3 weeks).

Regards,
Rob

And it has runway 27 instead of 27L for example... I just wasted my money buying the outdated scenery....

 You didn't have to buy it, there is the try it before you buy option. It's always a good idea to check when any FS/P3d addon was actually released and if updated etc before buying.

And if you stayed with the default version, you would have missed even the 9L/27R runways, which are also not included in the default O'Hare so, it would have been even more updated.

And, even when we'll release the new version of KORD, likely in mid 2018, it will be outdated AGAIN in less than 2 years, since the entire renovation is supposed to be completed only in 2020.

Hello Umberto;

At gate C22 Chicago KORD at night the terminal building is not lit (1) and what are these light spots (2). This only happens with KORD and no other FSDT scenery addon.

NIGHT and DAY views attached - notes 1 and 2.
