Title: KORD V2 Missing GCO DME

The GCO DME is missing from the KORD V2 scenery.  The transmitter (108.25 MHz) should be located NW of Rwy 22L (across from Fire Station #2 on the opposite side of the rwy). 

You'll see it referenced on the ILS RWY 04R approach, among others.
