Not happy with currency conversion when getting JFK

I was charged CAD$40.04

Who pocketed this difference ?

I feel robbed. No other way to say it.

Yes, for me it's the same....the secenery was annouced at 22.90 €, but at last, it was 27.39 € with the VAT !!!!! What a surprise !!!
