bglmanx.dll error - ** POST ONLY HERE**

Downloaded the Addon Manager site, the version that appears is as follows: 2.9.0.8 is the correct version? Would not the 2.9.0.9 version that would have to appear for download?

The installer hasn't changed version, the .DLL which is downloaded online has.
