What does this error mean?
« on: July 16, 2013, 01:47:28 am »
Couatl recently crashed on me, this is the first time that it crashed and had to restart.

Aircraft: Captain Sim 757

Location: Flightbeam KIAD Gate C1.

I selected "Prepare for Pushback and Departure". Here is the error log in Couatl.err.

couatl v2.0 (build 2348)
panic log started on Mon Jul 15 17:41:07 2013
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "couatl\common\fsm.py", line 67, in executeDoFuncToCompletion
File "couatl\GSX\assistanceServices\__init__.py", line 658, in do
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'pushback'

Does the last line mean GSX couldn't find pushback on the aircraft?

Thanks!

Is this always happening with that airplane, or it happened once randomly ? If an error happens only once, it might also due to timing issues, like selecting things too fast, so the program doesn't have the time to get the needed notification from FSX.

Which is why, we have the "Restart Couatl" option in the menu, so you can clear any possible problem and start fresh, without having to restart FSX.
