You haven't loaded the airplane correctly, GSX calculates boarding time and the number of carts by adding the weight of all stations, dividing by 220 lbs ( average weight of a passenger + luggage ), so you must load the airplane before starting GSX.

Thanks, but that's not what happened.  I figured it out.  The payload model for the CS777 only has two payload stations, one for the captain and one for the first officer.  Apparently the aircraft doesnt take into account passengers and cargo.  I was able to add in high values for the captain and first officer stations, and now it works.  Thanks!

Well, in fact is exactly what happened....of course it wasn't your fault, but it's rather strange the airplane doesn't have any payload station.
