What do you mean: is that the operators are not really there, or a texture for a catering operator which is included with GSX is missing ? In either case, please make a list of what's missing.

Next update will add the ability to select the operator from a menu with all suitable choices.

Next after that one, should include de-icers.

The operator is not in GSX i guess because THY catering is being delivered by Do&Co. You should add them in the next update because its chosen as Europe's best airline.
