Registration E-mail not known

Hi,
my name is Mathias. I did a complete reinstall of my windows 7 64 Bit and now I'm trying to register gsx but i've lost the key code. I know there is a tool which sends you an order history by email and I tried using it.
But this tool (https://store6.esellerate.net/store/support/Default.aspx) doesn't know my email. I am sure I have bought GSX with my own email adress, so there has to be a failure.
I hope you can help me.

I couldn't find any order with your email, assuming the one you believe to have used for the order is the same you used to register on the forum, and couldn't find any order searching for name or even just surname, assuming you used the same name or surname gathered from your email address.

So, either you used a different name or surname and email, or maybe you didn't order GSX after all.

You should contact support, giving possible alternative name/surname and/or email addresses you might have used, so we can find your order.
