Can I set the service car to the left side of aircraft?

If you searched the forum, you would known this has been discussed many times, and it's not supported right now. It's on the list of planned features, but we don't have a release date for it at the moment.

If the aircraft left side for Passenger only, may I have more choice about the stairways style?
example as the photo, I think the other small and mid aircrafts are also need!
