Without knowing exactly WHAT is crashing, you just can't say the crash (ESPECIALLY after 20-30 minutes of flight) is caused by anything related to our products. When you are flying, away from an airport, our software and sceneries don't do anything.

If you go into the Windows Control Panel, under the "Administrative Tools" section, the Windows Event Viewer will have your crash details recorded. Look in the Application log for crashes related to either FSX happened recently, select the crash details, and see what was the error. This could give an hint what really crashed.

Well its funny that when they are installed it encounters a fatal error when loading scenery around the 83% mark every time. However when i uninstall the soft ware it runs and loads fine PLEASE dont get me wrong I want this software that I spent my hard earned money on to run. Can you make any sugestions that might help I did Say PLEASE Plus I asked what order to reinstall your products which you did'nt answer. I have updated all drivers on my system with no Luck. I will attempt to find the error log tomorrow upon returning home .

I obviously haven't because, before having a look of your application log, which shows what has crashes, you just can't say the problem is anything related to the scenery, so the installation order could matter.

And no, the fact that uninstalling the scenery "fixes" the problem, doesn't mean it has anything to do with the scenery either. If it's a problem with an AI, you are easily mislead into thinking this, because by removing the scenery, that AI might not appear anymore, because the default AFCAD has different parking assignment that will control which (and, most importantly, how many) AI will appear so you can be easily mislead thinking the problem has anything to do with the scenery, because uninstalling it seems to fix it.

But again, before drawing any conclusion, we MUST check the log first.
