How to get a perfect park?

I have had GSX for about 3 months and i find it almost impossible for me to get a perfect park, I follow exactly what the Marshaller tells me and I'm always off, what are some tips for a perfect park?

Try to go slow and line up as early as possible. Here's a video how it should be done (with the easter egg at the end...)

will this be at random times or different??

lets say every 10 perfect parks you get the dance or is it just random?

It's random. After a perfect park, there's a 20% chance the marshaller will dance.
