For starters, you might want to shut off your caps lock, it's considered shouting.  Second, what gate?  What airport?  Screenshots would help.

I don't know what's the meaning of "loock's", and you don't even say WHAT product you are referring to but, whenever you have an altitude problem, it's NEVER a problem of the scenery, and it's ALWAYS a problem caused by another scenery in conflict that has defined a different altitude.
