You are very welcome to join us on AVSIM in P3D forum, a hot discussion there about P3D and compatibilities.
Of course Aivlasoft should release a version that supports prepar3d.exe and I know about the workaround!

Have a look here, we have an update that will hopefully work with the migration tool in Legacy mode. Let me know if it works:
