If i could kindly make a request. Can you please make a EVA Air livery for the vehicles? EVA Air is a growing airline and it would be nice to use them as a ground operator at Taipei other than China Airlines. Thank you very much.

It depends when you downloaded the full installer:

Contains all Vehicles updates.
Last updated 8-jul-16
Vehicles Updates
Contains all vehicles released after:
June 1st, 2016
So, if you downloaded the full installer after July 8th, there's no need to download the vehicles, because your installation is already complete.
The Live Update updates only the GSX program code, not vehicles, liveries, sounds, etc. The Stand-Alone Addon Manager updates also the executable files, but in order to get updated vehicles, you need either the full installer or the vehicles.
