GSX does not work

I'm having trouble with the new GSX suite. As advertised it said it was able to work with ANY airport. Mine doesn't. At KLAS it shows some static trucks only, no tugs, or ground personnel. Is there something extra I have to do? I registered it properly.   Regards   Dave

GSX obviously works, and it works with any airport. Have you activated it, using its hotkey  (CTRL+F12) by default. It doesn't do anything if you don't call it first.
