You have to do it every time you install another FSDT scenery after GSX. The Addon Manager should always be installed last.

If still doesn't work, please clearly describe what you are trying to do, since it's obviously impossible to understand from your screenshot and you description of the problem ( "here u are" ) what the problem is.

Are you seeing this always ? When FSX starts ? Only when doing something specific ? At a specific airport ? With a specific gate ?
