PHKO - Marshaller

Hi Umberto,

I'm loving GSX.  I have one thing to report.  When landing the LDS 767 at PHKO, I was given Gate A 1.  When I arrived, everything was waiting for me.  The marshaller guided me in, but had me stop way to short to receive services.  The ground services option wouldn't appear until I slewed the plane forward about 30 meters or so.  Not sure if it's an afcad issue or not.

It's probably more a problem of the customization file, we'll check all the distances.
