What does these parameters in CouatlAddons.ini mean?

Looking in the documentation many of the parameters in CouatlAddons.ini are explained but what does the parameters below mean?

boarding_time = 0
deboarding_time = 0
refueling_time = 0

Plexi1:
all explained in the manual under "Customizing GSX"

mseiwald:
No this 3 are not explained but it was aleady answered in another thread that these were used during Beta testing and are not needed / active anymore.
