I actually remember Umberto explicitly saying that there will be a paint kit released.

There will be no need to a proper paint kit, because we have logos as separate files, so it will be even easier than having to use a paint kit, it will be more like a bunch of explanations in which format/size the logo must be.

Adding a vehicle will require some manual editing of its sim.cfg file, and some understanding how the rules for the selection based on country/airport code works.

But the easiest way would simply ask here "could you add this operator (provide a web link to it or a logo) to these airports ?", we can do it very quickly.
