Try to uninstall all 2005/2008 runtimes again, then install the 2005 ONLY and see if you have the crash. You can't use the sceneries without the 2005 runtimes properly, since they are used by FSX itself also.

As an alternative, you can try remove all the runtimes, then REPAIR the FSX installation, then reinstall any of our sceneries.

I tried the alternative suggestion and repaired the FSX installation and reinstalled LSZH , but fsx can't start with simprop.dll error. Maybe I have to reinstall FSX.

If you can't fix it by repairing also the SP1 and SP2 installations, then it's likely the problem was FSX itself, and you'll need a complete reinstall.
