As mentioned they dont do Italian airports because they like to make money. Surely they aren't concerened about competing with the guy in the link you gave. I never knew about that project, but the last update was in June and nothing has surfaced since then.

Funny thing is I was watching reruns of the Ray Romano show last night and the episode was about them going to Italy then before that day I went to this good Italian restaurant and they had a nice photo of Rome I was like damn would be awesome to have fsdt LIRF but it has been talked about allot of times over the years and understand that its not financially possible right now and I know that they would love too do it one day.

Is there any contradition here (Italy vs money)?

Our last two large sceneries, KDFW and KLAX, were both recently released by another developer, but we could't really tell, from sales. Not even Zurich sales were down after the Aerosoft release, they rather increased, since we update it and lowered its price...so I guess we should know by now how to compete both against large or small developers.
No, the only competion CYVR will have, is with ourselves because, we pushed the limit so high with KLAX, that it would be difficult to do better, but we already have some ideas...

I'm not happy with this CYVR news. :'(
